1.1. This cookie policy describes the principles of using cookies on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.3. Each entity using the Website is a “User.”


2.1. Cookies are small text files sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Website (e.g., on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on a smartphone’s memory card – depending on the device used).

2.2. Data is collected and stored exclusively in anonymous or pseudonymous form and does not allow the Administrator to identify the User. Cookies do not harm the User’s computer and do not contain viruses.


3.1. Cookies used by the Website can be divided into:

3.1.1. Session cookies – active during the current session, i.e., until the browser is closed;

3.1.2. Persistent cookies – active after the session ends and remain until they expire or are deleted by the User;

3.1.3. First-party cookies – saved and used by the service;

3.1.4. Third-party cookies – saved and used by third parties;

3.1.5. Essential cookies – necessary for the proper display of content on the website;

3.1.6. Functional cookies – used to ensure the appropriate level of website functionality;

3.1.7. Analytical cookies – allow the analysis of User preferences visiting the Website;

3.1.8. Advertising cookies – allow displaying ads to Users, including personalized ads.

5.1. Google Ads

The Administrator uses the Google Ads advertising program operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to conduct advertising campaigns, including remarketing.

If the User consents to the use of advertising cookies, a Google remarketing cookie will be saved on the User’s device upon entering the Website, allowing ads based on the User’s interests to be displayed.

Using Google Ads, the Administrator does not collect any data that would allow the identification of the User. Any compilation of data in such a way that it becomes personal data can only be performed by Google, for which the Administrator is not responsible as Google conducts these actions based on an agreement concluded with the User as a Google services user.

Using Google Ads, the Administrator only defines the audience groups to which its ads should reach. It is Google that decides when and how to present the Administrator’s ad to the User.

5.2. Google Analytics

The Administrator uses the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data is processed to create statistics, analyze how the Website is visited, and optimize the Website.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of the Website. The information collected in this way is most often transmitted to Google servers, which may be located worldwide and stored there.

Using Google Analytics, the Administrator does not collect any data that would allow the identification of the User. Therefore, data collected within Google Analytics does not constitute personal data for the Administrator.

5.3. YouTube Content

The Administrator embeds content from YouTube on the Website. Therefore, Google LLC cookies related to the YouTube service, including DoubleClick cookies, are used.

When a User plays a video on our Website, Google – the owner of YouTube – receives information about it, even if the User does not have a YouTube profile or is not currently logged in.

If the User is logged in to YouTube, Google can directly associate the visit to our Website with the User’s profile on YouTube. The purposes and scopes of data collection are described in the YouTube privacy policy and are available at:

If a User does not want Google to associate data collected while playing a video on our Website directly with the User’s profile on YouTube, they should log out or use appropriate browser extensions, such as script blocking.

5.4. Microsoft Clarity

The Administrator uses the Microsoft Clarity tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. This tool allows us to analyze the behavior of Users visiting the Website.

Based on anonymous data collected by Microsoft Clarity cookies, we can see how the User used our Website (which subpages were visited, which links were clicked). This type of analysis helps us identify areas on the Website that need improvement and problems that can be solved to increase engagement and conversion rates.

5.5. LinkedIn

The Website uses LinkedIn cookies to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns related to the LinkedIn platform. Information collected through LinkedIn cookies does not allow for User identification.

5.6. Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel is a short code placed on the website that allows measuring the effectiveness of ads based on the analysis of actions taken by Users on the Website. The Meta Pixel automatically collects information about your use of our Website and, based on the information collected about Users, allows displaying relevant ads to them.

Using the Website involves sending requests to the server on which the website is stored. Each request to the server is recorded in the server logs.

Logs include, among others, the User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system used by the User. Logs are saved and stored on the server.

Data saved in server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.

Server logs are used solely as an auxiliary material for administering the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
