    Challenge: improvement of employee document workflow

    An international company in the energy sector decided to eliminate paper document storage. The client was looking for a solution that would ensure data security, convenient access, and compliance with regulations on employee document processing.

    The solution before system implementation

    Until now, the company stored documentation in traditional form, using printouts, folders, and binders. However, this solution was not satisfactory and slowed down the work of the HR department. The company decided to implement a platform for managing employee files electronically.
