The Whistleblower Protection Act is a legal regulation aimed at ensuring the protection of individuals reporting irregularities in the workplace. Its main goal is to create a safe environment for whistleblowers who report legal violations or unethical practices within their organization. The act outlines the responsibilities of employers in establishing reporting procedures and provides measures to protect against potential retaliation from the employer. The aim of the act is to increase transparency and accountability across various sectors, as well as to promote a culture of lawfulness and ethics while safeguarding those who risk exposing wrongdoing.

How to Report Irregularities with AMODIT? The implementation can encompass three forms of reporting. The first and most convenient for whistleblowers is a web form available on the platform. This intuitive webpage allows the whistleblower to make a report through a simple online form. Your company will receive a unique link that can be easily shared within the organization as a direct redirection to the reporting form.

In addition to online reporting, there is also a hotline available, allowing whistleblowers to make a report by speaking with an external consultant.

2. Choose the reporting option

Decide whether you want to provide your contact details and if you consent to sharing them with your employer.

  • If you choose to leave your details but do not want them disclosed to the employer, we will mediate the communication between you and the employer.

3. Notifications

Telephone and email support for submissions

  • A fixed readiness fee of 100 PLN per month (paid annually in advance).
  • 250 PLN for receiving each submission (by phone or email), including collecting all necessary information from the client according to the established standard and entering it into the AMODIT system.
  • 100 PLN for handling informational inquiries, answering callers’ questions about the service, the reporting method, and ensuring confidentiality and anonymity.
